About the role

MarchiteQ is an AI and tech first marketing agency. We work with a small number of premium clients on data architecture and AI search optimization.

We are looking for a web/brand designer to redesign MarchiteQ.com and build a more distinctive, recognizable visual identity. The project includes the website redesign, brand direction, a recurring brand element or mascot, and a reusable Figma design system.

The work is project based and paid per milestone. Long term collaboration on future design work is highly desirable.

How we work: fixed price per milestone, agreed before each milestone starts. You get paid after each milestone, you do not wait until the end. Either side can stop after any milestone, with all completed work paid.

Overview Project Milestones

  • 1. Paid Creative Direction Trial. A rough direction for the full homepage, including typography, colour, and a recurring brand element or mascot.
  • 2. Creative Direction and Brand Identity. Refine the selected direction and lock the visual language and recurring brand concept.
  • 3. Final Homepage Design. Create the complete high fidelity homepage in Figma for desktop and mobile.
  • 4. Figma Design System. Reusable typography, colours, spacing, grids, buttons, cards, navigation and recurring UI elements.
  • 5. Remaining Page Templates. Services, about, case studies, insights or blog, and contact templates.
  • 6. Final Handover and Design QA. Organize files and assets, provide responsive guidance, and review implementation consistency.

What we are looking for

  • Living in or near Davao City, Philippines.
  • Full website visual design experience, not only landing pages.
  • Strong typography and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to build a clear brand identity, not just decorate a page.
  • Design system thinking in Figma, with tokens, styles and components.
  • A portfolio you can prove is your own work.
  • Comfortable with fixed price, milestone based payment.
  • At least 10 hours a week available for the project.
