About the role
MarchiteQ is a data, measurement and AI agency. We work with a small number of premium clients on measurement architecture, signal engineering, data systems and AI search.
We are looking for a strong web/brand designer to turn an existing creative direction into a distinctive, polished and recognizable website and visual system.
The initial creative concept, mood and broad visual direction will be provided. Your job is not to start from a blank canvas. We want someone who can take that direction, challenge and improve it where necessary, and turn it into a coherent professional design across the full MarchiteQ website.
The project includes refining the visual identity, typography and color system, developing the recurring visual motif, designing the website in Figma, and creating a reusable design system.
The work is project based and paid per milestone. Long-term collaboration on future design work is highly desirable.
Overview Project Milestones
- 1. Visual Direction Refinement. Take the provided creative direction and translate it into a coherent visual language. Refine typography, color palette, layout principles, visual motif and key UI elements.
- 2. Homepage Design. Create the complete high-fidelity homepage in Figma for desktop and mobile based on the agreed visual direction.
- 3. Figma Design System. Build reusable typography, colors, spacing, grids, buttons, cards, navigation, components and recurring visual elements.
- 4. Remaining Page Templates. Design services, about, case studies, insights/blog and contact templates.
- 5. Final Handover and Design QA. Organize Figma files and assets, provide responsive guidance and review the implemented website for visual consistency.
What we are looking for
- Living in or near Davao City, Philippines.
- Full website visual design experience, not only landing pages.
- Excellent typography and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to turn a creative direction into a coherent, recognizable brand system.
- Strong eye for composition, spacing and detail.
- Ability to refine an idea rather than replacing it with generic design trends.
- Design-system thinking in Figma, including tokens, styles and components.
- Comfortable giving constructive creative input when something can be improved.
- A portfolio you can prove is your own work.
- Comfortable with fixed-price, milestone-based payment.
- At least 10 hours a week available for the project.
What we offer
- Fixed price agreed before each milestone starts.
