About the role
As a Junior Marketing Executive / Copywriter, you'll work across several brands and websites, creating content that helps them become more visible online.
The role combines **SEO copywriting, community management, and social media content creation**. You'll be writing website and blog content, participating in relevant Reddit communities, and creating engaging LinkedIn posts.
### Your main responsibilities
- Write and edit SEO-friendly website copy and blog articles for different websites and industries. - Research keywords, topics, competitors, and search intent before creating content. - Upload and format content in WordPress when required. - Participate actively in relevant Reddit communities. - Create useful, authentic Reddit posts and comments rather than promotional or spammy content. - Identify relevant Reddit discussions and opportunities for brands to contribute. - Create LinkedIn posts for company and personal profiles. - Research interesting topics, trends, and ideas for social content. - Adapt your writing style and tone of voice for different brands and audiences. - Proofread and improve existing content. - Work with the marketing team to test ideas and improve content performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing, researching, experimenting, and learning how different online platforms work.
Overview Project Milestones
- First 30 days: Learn our brands, tone of voice, websites, and content workflows.
- Within 60 days: Independently create SEO content, Reddit contributions, and LinkedIn posts.
- Within 90 days: Consistently manage assigned content tasks and suggest new topics and growth opportunities.
What we are looking for
- Strong written English and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to write clear, engaging, natural-sounding copy
- Basic understanding of SEO and search intent
- Comfortable researching unfamiliar topics
- Active Reddit account. Familiarity with Reddit and how Reddit communities work
- Ability to write social media content, especially for LinkedIn
- Good judgment when adapting tone of voice to different audiences
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Nice to have
- Experience with WordPress
- Previous SEO copywriting or content writing experience
- Active Reddit user or experience managing Reddit accounts
- Experience creating LinkedIn content
- Familiarity with keyword research tools
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or Google Search Console
- Experience working with international brands or audiences
